摘要
一种新颖的基于多步拉深成形历程的钣金件结构强度分析方法被提出,以更精确合理地计算钣金件结构强度。此方法把冲压成形与结构分析顺序耦合:先应用Abaqus/Explicit软件对板料进行多步拉深成形模拟,获得钣金件的形状(非均匀厚度)、残余应力以及加工硬化的材料性能,再把此非均匀厚度的钣金件导入Abaqus/Standard软件,同时映射残余应力作为初始条件,并使用硬化后的材料属性。以电子产品的椭圆筒件为例,应用上述方法对筒件合理、精确地进行了结构强度分析。
        A novel method of structural strength analysis for sheet metal parts based on the history of multi-step stamping was proposed to calculate the structural strength of sheet metal parts accurately and reasonably.This method combines multi-step stamping forming and structure analysis together:the multi-step drawing of metal blank is simulated by using Abaqus/Explicit software.The shape(non-uniform thickness),residual stress of sheet parts and material properties of work hardening are obtained.Then the sheet metal parts of the non-uniform thickness are imported to Abaqus/Standard software,at the same time,mapping the residual stress is looked upon initial condition,and material properties after hardening are used.Taking elliptical cylinder part of electron component as an example,the structural strength of the tube was analyzed reasonably and accurately by using above method.
