摘要
针对掘进机在调试过程中出现内循环冷却系统压力过高的问题,结合内循环冷却系统原理及故障现象,分析问题原因并改进,排除系统故障。通过仿真软件对冷却系统进行仿真,对系统配置展开进一步研究。
Aiming at the problem of excessive pressure in the internal circulation cooling system of roadheader during debugging,combining with the principle and fault phenomenon of the internal circulation cooling system, the causes of the problem were analyzed and improved,and the system fault was eliminated. The cooling system was simulated by simulation software,and the system configuration was further studied.
