摘要
非洲猪瘟(African swine fever,ASF)是由非洲猪瘟病毒(African swine fever virus,ASFV)引起的一种急性、烈性、高病死率的传染病。ASFV能感染所有品种及各个年龄段的猪,目前暂无针对ASF的疫苗。在流行ASF的国家,防止其传播只能依靠准确的诊断和严格的检疫措施。因此,快速可靠的检测方法对于及时诊断和预防该病是至关重要的。本文旨在归纳总结非洲猪瘟检测方法和技术手段,为在不同现场情况下都能快速排查非洲猪瘟提供更多选择。
        African swine fever(ASF)is an infectious disease caused by the African swine fever virus(ASFV)with high fatality rate that affects pigs of all breeds and ages. Currently,there is no vaccine against ASF. In countries where ASF is prevalent,the only way to prevent its spread is to rely on accurate diagnostic procedures and quarantine measures. Therefore,rapid and reliable detection of the ASFV is of great importance for timely implementation of control measures to stop ASF spread. Here,we summarize the Office International des Epi-zooties(OIE)test for ASF and common diagnostic testing methods to provide a theoretical basis for rapid clini-cal screening for ASF.
