高炉使用高反应性燃料的研究

摘要
通过热重试验和新日铁焦炭热强度的检测方法研究不同反应性燃料的互补性。模拟高炉实际升温制度和气氛研究了不同反应性的燃料在高炉内各自强度的变化,结果表明,冶金焦与高反应性的燃料搭配使用时,存在着CO2的抢夺性,高反应性的燃料熔损量相对更多,使得冶金焦相对"钝化",其强度得到了保护,且高反应性焦与烧结矿混合加入后炉料的熔滴等性能显著改善。提出了使用少量高反应性燃料替代部分冶金焦并与含铁炉料混装入炉的思路,既能提高含铁炉料进入软熔带的金属化率,保证冶金焦的强度,又能降低铁水的燃料成本。
        The complementarity of some kinds of fuels with different reactivity has been researched through thermal gravimetry and CSR test method of Nippon steel,and then the changing trends of fuel strength with different reactivity were investigated respectively employing the test condition of temperature profile and atmosphere in actual blast furnace. The results show that both using high reactive fuel and metallurgical coke,the strength of metallurgical coke can be protected because of the inactivation of metallurgical coke and the more dissolution of high reactive fuel which has better ability to catch CO2. Moreover the softening & melting properties of sinter are better when blending some high reactive coke. Based on the experimental results and the analysis of BF and coke properties,the fuel structure featuring metallurgical coke blending small proportion of high reactive fuel has been formed,with the advantages of improving metallisation of burden entering cohesive zone,maintaining strength of metallurgical coke,and reducing fuel cost of hot metal.
