冠心病心绞痛患者经皮冠状动脉介入围手术期对阿司匹林和氯吡格雷抗血小板效应分析

摘要
目的探讨冠心病心绞痛患者经皮冠状功脉介入围手术期对阿司匹林和氯吡格雷抗血小板的效应。方法将2012年至2016年我院收治的冠心病心绞痛患者100例作为研究对象,根据病情分为稳定型心绞痛组和不稳定型心绞痛组,两组患者各50例,均在经皮冠状动脉介入围手术期服用阿司匹林和氯吡格雷,比较两组患者服用药物后抗血小板效应。结果两组患者的临床情况相比无显著的统计学差异(P>0.05),而在抑制血小板情况上,稳定型心绞痛患者的抑制情况高于不稳定型心绞痛患者,两组相比,存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论冠心病心绞痛患者经皮冠状功脉介入围手术期,稳定型心绞痛患者服用阿司匹林和氯吡格雷的抗血小板效应要高于不稳定型心绞痛患者。
Objective To investigate the antiplatelet effect of aspirin and clopidogrel in the perioperative period of percutaneous coronary intervention in patients with angina pectoris. Methods A total of 100 patients with angina pectoris who were admitted to our hospital from 2012 to 2016 were enrolled, and according to their conditions, they were divided into stable angina pectoris group and unstable angina group, with 50 patients in each group. All patients were given aspirin and clopidogrel in the perioperative period of percutaneous coronary intervention, and the antiplatelet effect was compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in clinical conditions between the two groups(P >0.05), but in the aspect of platelet inhibition, the stable angina pectoris group had significantly better inhibition than the unstable angina group(P<0.05). Conclusion In the perioperative period of percutaneous coronary intervention for patients with angina pectoris, the patients with stable angina pectoris have a better antiplatelet effect after taking aspirin and clopidogrel than those with unstable angina group.
