我国两版《普通高等学校图书馆规程》的对比分析

摘要
[目的/意义]对我国两版《普通高等学校图书馆规程》进行对比分析,旨在探寻新时期高校图书馆的发展方向。[方法/过程]以《普通高等学校图书馆规程(修订)》和《普通高等学校图书馆规程》为研究对象,从制定依据、制定目的、高校图书馆角色定位、服务对象、管理理念等角度进行对比分析。[结果/结论]高校图书馆将朝着法治化与自治化、规范化与标准化、学术化与社会化、协同化与联盟化、数字化、可持续性的方向发展。
[Purpose/significance]The paper is to comparatively analyze the two editions of General Academic Library Regulation in China, to explore development direction of university library in a new period. [Method/process]The paper takes General Academic Library Regulation(Revised Edition) and General Academic Library Regulation as research objects, conducts a comparative analysis of the both from aspects of formulation basis, formulation purposes, role orientation of university library, service object and management ideas. [Result/conclusion]University library will develop towards legalization and autonomy, normalization and standardization, academic and socialization, collaboration and alliance, digitization and sustainability.
