摘要
榛蘑为蜜环菌的子实体,是一种药食两用真菌。从榛蘑内生菌分离纯化、菌株优选、培养基筛选、菌材选择、出菇等环节综述榛蘑人工栽培技术研究进展,以期为榛蘑人工栽培提供技术支持,从而提高榛蘑产品的产量与品质。
Armillaria mellea is the fruiting body of armillaria, which is a kind of edible and medicinal fungus. This paper summarized the research progress of artificial cultivation technology of Armillaria mellea from the aspects of isolation and purification, bacterium optimization, medium selection, fungus material selection and mushroom production of Armillaria mellea, in order to provide technical support for artificial cultivation of Armillaria mellea, so as to improve the yield and quality of Armillaria mellea products.
