叶酸治疗慢性肾衰竭患者高同型半胱氨酸血症的研究

摘要
目的了解慢性肾衰竭(CRF)维持性血液透析患者血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)情况及叶酸治疗最佳剂量。方法随机抽取我院资料完整的75例慢性肾衰竭行维持性血液透析患者空腹抽血,测定透析前血清Hcy的数值,并对高同型半胱氨酸血症(HHcy)患者分成二个阶段治疗:第一阶段,随机抽取CRF伴HHcy75例,口服叶酸10 mg/d,45天后抽血测Hcy;第二阶段,将口服叶酸10 mg/d,45天后血清Hcy仍高于正常值的患者,随机抽取36例,改成叶酸15 mg/d,45天后测血清Hcy。结论在患者选择适合自己不同降压药物并控制好血压的情况下,叶酸15 mg/d是治疗CRF患者高同型半胱氨酸血症(HHcy)的最佳剂量。
Objective To investigate the serum homocysteine( Hcy) and the best dose of folic acid in maintenance hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure(CRF).Methods A total of 75 patients with chronic renal failure undergoing maintenance hemodialysis were randomly selected to determine the value of Hcy before dialysis, and the patients with hyperhomocysteinemia were divided into two stages: the first stage, the CRF with hhcy in 75 cases,folic acid 10 mg/d,and 45 days after oral determination of Hcy;In the second stage, the serum Hcy levels were still higher than normal in 45 days after oral folic acid 10 mg/d, 36 patients were randomly selected, and the serum Hcy was measured 45 days after the treatment with folic acid 15 mg/d.Conclusion Folic acid 15 mg/d is the best dose for the treatment of hyperhomocysteinemia( hhcy) in patients with CRF,when the patients choose their antihypertensive drugs and control their blood pressure.
