山药山楂茶治疗肾阳虚型糖尿病性阳痿临床研究

摘要
目的:观察山药山楂茶治疗肾阳虚型糖尿病性阳痿(diabetic erectile dysfunction,DED)的临床疗效。方法:选取2016年6月至2017年12月在本院内分泌科、男科及神经内科就诊的肾阳虚型DED患者70例,随机分为对照组和治疗组各35例,两组均接受降糖治疗,对照组给予金匮肾气丸口服,治疗组予山药山楂茶泡茶饮用,治疗周期30 d,观察两组治疗前后国际勃起功能障碍指数(IIEF-5)量表评分、中医证候评分、阴茎感觉神经定量(CPT)测定评分,检测血清睾酮激素(testosterone,T)水平,比较两组患者临床疗效。结果:与治疗前比较,两组肾阳虚型糖尿病性阳痿患者IIEF-5评分均升高(P <0. 05),中医证候评分均降低(P <0. 05),CPT积分均降低(P <0. 05),血清T水平均升高(P <0. 05);对照组有效率为71. 4%,治疗组有效率为85.7%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);与对照组比较,治疗组IIEF-5评分较高(P <0. 05),CPT积分较低(P <0. 05),血清T水平较高(P <0. 05)。结论:山药山楂药茶可以改善肾阳虚型DED患者临床症状。
Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of yam and hawthorn tea on diabetic erectile dysfunction with kidney yang deficiency. Methods: Seventy patients with DED of kidney-yang deficiency type who were treated in the Department of Endocrinology,Andrology and Neurology of our hospital from June 2016 to December 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 35 cases in each group. Both groups received hypoglycemic treatment. The control group was additionally given Golden Cabinet's Kidney Qi Pill for oral administration,while the treatment group was additionally given yam and hawthorn tea for drinking. The treatment period lasted for 30 days. The international erectile dysfunction index( IIEF-5) scale score,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,penile sensory nerve quantification( CPT) score before and after treatment were observed. The serum testosterone( T) levels were measured. The clinical efficacies of the two groups were compared. Results: Compared with those before the treatment,IIEF-5 scores of both groups increased( P < 0. 05),TCM syndrome scores both decreased( P < 0. 05),CPT scores both decreased( P < 0. 05),and serum T levels both increased( P < 0. 05). The effective rate was 71. 4% in the control group and 85. 7% in the treatment group. There was a significant difference between the two groups( P < 0. 05). Compared with the control group,the IIEF-5 score of the treatment group was higher( P < 0. 05),the CPT score was lower( P < 0. 05),the serum T level was higher( P < 0. 05),and the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Yam and hawthorn tea can reduce the penile sensory nerve quantitative score and TCM syndrome score of DED patients with kidney-yang deficiency,and improve the serum testosterone level and IIEF-5 scale score of DED patients,suggesting that yam and hawthorn tea has obvious curative effect on DED patients with kidney-yang deficiency.
