介绍了给水管网建设过程中造价管理的意义,分析了给水管网工程造价控制和管理的基本状况,总结了给水管网招投标阶段的造价控制有效对策,旨在提升给水管网招投标阶段的造价控制水平,提升工程建设质量,保障经济效益。
This paper introduces the significance of cost management in the process of water supply pipe network construction,analyzed the water supply pipe network project cost control and management of the basic situation,summed up the water supply pipe network cost control and effective countermeasures in the bidding stage,aimed at raising the level of cost control in water supply pipe network bidding stage,improving the quality of project construction,guarantee the economic benefit.
