摘要

结合黄骅港综合保税区项目,在大量文献的基础上分析我国工程监理现况,探究现状产生的原因及目前建设工程监理存在的问题,并针对存在的问题提出相应措施,以期推动我国建筑工程监理行业健康稳定发展。
        Combining with the project of Huanghua Port Comprehensive Free Trade Zone, this paper analyses the current situation of engineering supervision in China on the basis of a large number of documents, explores the causes of the current situation and the existing problems of construction engineering supervision, and puts forward corresponding measures aiming at the existing problems, in order to promote the healthy and stable development of construction engineering supervision industry in China.
