摘要
针对贮箱生产过程的关键环节——焊接,开展焊前激光清洗技术研究,减少焊前表面处理所产生的多余物;同时开展焊后近封闭式打磨技术研究,提升背部焊漏打磨的多余物吸除效果,减少多余物残留。结果表明,焊前激光清洗过程无铝屑及粉尘等多余物产生,且清洗速度在400~600 mm/min时,所获焊缝外观、内部质量良好,且抗拉强度与人工刮削所获焊缝保持一致;焊后近封闭式打磨技术,有效吸除背部焊漏打磨所产生的多余物,打磨后无肉眼可见多余物。
Aimed at key links of tank production process-welding,researched laser cleaning technology before welding,reduced the remainder by surface treatment before welding;researched nearly closed sanding technology for welding at the same time,improved the suction effect of welding leakage sanding,reduced remainder residue. The results show that:there are no aluminum dust and other dust in the laser cleaning process before welding,when the cleaning speed is at 400~600 mm/min,the weld appearance and internal quality is good,and The tensile strength is consistent with the weld joints by manual scraping;nearly closed sanding technology after welding,effectively suck the remainder from welding leakage sanding,no remainder visible to human eye after sanding.
