摘要

承包商分包和监理方分包的出现,一定程度上增加了监理活动的控制范围和难度,也加剧了监理活动的风险。本文基于风险思维,就分包活动对设备监理的影响进行识别和分析,探讨分包活动中设备监理的风险控制措施。
        The existing of subcontractors and subcontracting of supervision service widens the control range of supervision activity and makes the work more difficult and risky in a certain extent. In the light of risk, this paper tries to identify the influences of subcontracting on equipment supervision and makes relevant analysis so as to explore the risk control measures.
