氢氧化钕制备工艺研究进展

摘要
制备氢氧化钕有化学沉淀法、水热法、水化法等,介绍了这几种工艺的优缺点。针对目前氢氧化钕粉体制备工艺复杂、能耗大、产品纯度低及成本高等问题,提出制备Nd(OH)_3粉体的研究方向应是研发一种不需要对产物进行烘干、粉碎、研磨、筛分的直接制备出符合需求的Nd(OH)_3粉体新工艺。
        Preparation of Nd(OH)_3 can use chemical precipitation,hydrothermal method,hydration method and other methods.The advantages and disadvantages of the these methods are analyzed and compared.Aiming at the problems of complex process,high energy consumption,low purity and high cost,a new and efficient method for preparing Nd(OH)_3,which does not require drying,grinding and sieving should be developed.
