摘要
本文基于现代学徒制视角,阐释了现代学徒制的基本特征,并分析了当前高职服装设计专业人才协同培养中存在的相关问题,进而针对具体问题,分别从深化校企合作、确保双方形成共识,政府主动引导、推进学徒制度实施,基于生产平台、提高教师专业能力,完善考核机制、强化学徒制度教学等维度,提出了高职服装设计专业人才协同培养的创新路径。旨在提高服装设计专业学生的综合能力与素养,从而为他们的职业生涯发展打下良好基础。
Based on the perspective of modern apprenticeship,this article explains the basic characteristics of modern apprenticeship,and analyzes the current problems in the collaborative training of professional talents in higher vocational clothing,and then focuses on specific issues,from the deepening of school-enterprise cooperation to ensure a consensus between the two sides.The purpose is to improve the comprehensive ability and accomplishment of the students of fashion design,thus laying a good foundation for their career development.
