摘要
在考虑了地层砂粒度中值、均质系数、泥质含量以及蒙脱石含量4个参数的基础上,开展室内防砂试验,并结合现场统计数据,建立了适合于我国海上油田的防砂方式设计图版。针对不同类型的防砂筛管及不同尺寸的砾石开展防砂参数室内试验,得出结论:在产出液含砂量不超过0.5‰时,优质筛管挡砂精度可放大到地层砂d50的1.28倍左右,砾石尺寸的设计可适当放大到d50的6~7倍左右,相比于常规防砂方式,油井产能可提高30%左右。本防砂设计方法已在海上多个油田开发方案设计中得到应用。
        Median value of formation grain size, uniformity coefficient, shale content and smectite content are 4 main parameters in our laboratory sand control experiment. Based on the experiment and analyzed the field data, we build a new plate which can applied in China offshore field quite well. A series of sand control screen and gravel are tested in laboratory, and combined with grain size distribution in field, a conclusion is arrived: when sand content in production fluid is less than 0.5‰, the precision of sand screen can be magnified around 1.28d50, the gravel size can be magnified around 6~7×d50. The well productivity can be improved around 30% when compared with conventional method. The method of this paper was applied in many offshore oilfields in China.
