摘要
文章介绍了某核电站凝汽器冷却管大面积漏水情况以及凝汽器冷却管漏水处理方案,并对漏水原因进行了排查总结,指出了某核电站凝汽器冷却管大面积漏水的根本原因是高速汽流对凝汽器冷却管造成的激振而使冷却管损坏。在总结某核电站凝汽器冷却管漏水经验反馈基础上对福清核电站二期工程凝汽器进行了设计改进,主要通过增加中间隔板数量,改变冷却管振动特性、在汽道迎流面设置不锈钢假管、增加厚壁管数量、设置导流板、减小中间管板孔径等五方面,对凝汽器进行设计改进,通过这些改进可以避免凝汽器冷却管发生大面积泄漏。
        This article introduced the condenser cooling tube leakage status and the management plan of certain nuclear power plant, summarized and investigated the leakage reason, pointed out the root cause of the condenser cooling tube leakage, which was that the high speed steam flow impacted the cooling tube and caused the shock excitation vibration, thus the shock excitation vibration lead to the cooling tube damage. Based on lessons learned from the condenser cooling tube leakage, the condenser design improvement was put forward for the second phase of Fuqing NPP. By means of increasing the middle tube plate quantity, changing the cooling tube vibration character, installing the stainless steel tube, increasing the quantity of thick wall tube, installing deflector, decreasing the hole diameter of middle tube plate, etc.,the condenser tube leakage can be avoided through these improvements.
