摘要
目的观察穴位贴敷诱发的急性接触性皮炎与慢性接触性皮炎皮损特点以及皮损内胸腺基质淋巴细胞生成素(thymal stromal,tymphopoietin,TSLP)表达的差异性。方法选取三伏天接受穴位贴敷治疗哮喘且诱发急性或慢性接触性皮炎的患者20例,取皮分为急性接触性皮炎组(简称急性组)和慢性接触性皮炎组(简称慢性组),观察两组患者皮损特点及皮损组织中TSLP表达的差异性。结果急性组有大量的TSLP分布,弥漫性分布在表皮层(角质层、颗粒层、棘层和基底层)以及真皮层血管周围;慢性组TSLP数量较急性组少,集中分布在表皮层的角质层、棘层以及真皮层血管周围。结论 TSLP在穴位贴敷诱发的急性接触性皮炎与慢性接触性皮炎中的分布具有明显的数量差异性,而分布部位差异性不明显。推测皮炎性质(急性或慢性)会影响穴位贴敷疗效,而TSLP可以作为一个监测指标。
        Objective To observe the characteristics of acute contact dermatitis and chronic contact dermatitis induced by acupoint application and the differential expression of thymic stromal lymphopoietin(TSLP) in the lesions. Methods A total of 20 asthma patients with acute or chronic contact dermatitis who received acupoint application in our department were selected. The patients was divided into acute contact dermatitis group(abbreviated as acute group) and chronic contact dermatitis group(referred to as chronic group). Observed the characteristics of acute contact dermatitis and chronic contact dermatitis induced by acupoint application and the differential expression of thymic stromal lymphopoietin(TSLP) in the lesions. Results 1.There was a great distribution of TSLP in the acute group, and the diffuse distribution was distributed around the epidermis( stratum corneum, granular layer, ratchet layer and basal layer) and perivascular vessels; 2.The number of TSLP in the chronic group was less than that in the acute group, and concentrated in the stratum corneum, the ratchet layer and the dermis of the epidermis. Conclusion The distribution of TSLP in acute contact dermatitis and chronic contact dermatitis induced by acupoint application has a significant quantitative difference, but the distribution site is not significantly different. It is speculated that the nature of dermatitis(acute or chronic) affects the therapeutic effect of acupoint application, and TSLP can be used as a monitoring index.
