新丝绸之路和工业遗产:滇越铁路

摘要
文章通过查阅相关法语资料文献,对滇越铁路项目复杂性进行分析,旨在证明该工业遗产的重要价值所在。该铁路是一条有着110年历史的保存较好的铁路,它与法国的历史渊源及其技术转让的特性使其成为中国同类项目中独特的工业遗产。此外,它还体现了中国政府2013年底提出的新丝绸之路"一带一路"倡议的某些特定标准。
This paper analyzes the complexity of the project of the Yunnan-Vietnam railway according to resources available in French language. It aims to demonstrate that this industrial heritage has a great value, it is well preserved for a 110 years railway. With its history linked to France and through the technology transfer which characterizes it, the Yunnan-Vietnam railway is a unique industrial heritage of its kind in China. Furthermore, it presents some of the criteria specific to the program "Belt and Road Initiative" of the new silk roads, launched by the Chinese Government at the end of 2013.
