摘要
目的:探讨悬吊训练对慢性下腰背痛(CLBP)患者疼痛、残障、肌力、焦虑的临床疗效。方法:将40例CLBP患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组20例,观察组运用悬吊训练,对照组在治疗床上进行核心稳定性训练。2组治疗前后通过视觉模拟疼痛量表(VAS)、Oswesty功能障碍指数(ODI)、背伸肌肌力及焦虑自评量表(SAS)进行疗效评价。结果:2组治疗后的VAS评分、ODI、背伸肌肌力及SAS评分均较治疗前显著改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的VAS评分、ODI、背伸肌肌力及SAS评分改善幅度较对照组显著,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:悬吊训练可以改善CLBP患者的疼痛指数、残障程度,增加背伸肌肌力和改善焦虑。
        Objective: To explore the clinical effect of suspension training for pain, disability, muscle strength and anxiety in the patients with chronic low back pain(CLBP). Methods: A total of 40 patients with CLBP were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 20 cases in each group. The observation group was treated by suspension training, and the control group was performed core stability training in the treatment bed. Both groups were evaluated by visual analogue scale(VAS), Oswesty disability index(ODI), extensor muscle strength and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) before and after treatment. Results: After six weeks of treatment, the VAS score, ODI, extensor muscle strength and SAS score in both groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05). The improvement of VAS score, ODI, extensor muscle strength and SAS score in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Suspension training can improve the pain index, degree of disability, increase of extensor muscle strength and improve the anxiety of patients with CLBP.
