针灸治疗干眼的诊疗特点分析

摘要
目的分析总结针灸治疗干眼的诊疗特点。方法电子检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普医学资源数据库及PubMed中针灸治疗干眼的临床文献,对方法、选穴、频次、疗程、疗效、随访及安全性进行统计分析。结果与结论共检出126篇文献,针灸治疗多单纯针刺,辨病选穴,常用的主穴有攒竹、睛明、太阳、三阴交、四白等。治疗以每日1次,10 d为1个疗程,连续治疗1个月较为常见。针灸治疗在一定程度上能缓解症状,增加泪液分泌,随访疗效稳定,且有一定的远期疗效,安全性较好。
Objective To analyze and summarize the diagnostic and therapeutic characteristics of acupuncture and moxibustion for dry eye. Method China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Wangfang Data, VIP medical resource database and PubMed were electronically searched for clinical literature on acupuncture-moxibustion treatment for dry eye. A statistical analysis was made of the methods, acupoint selection, frequency, treatment course, therapeutic effects, follow-up and safety. Result and conclusions A total of 126 articles were retrieved. Acupuncture alone and acupoint selection based on syndrome differentiation were often used for acupuncture-moxibustion treatment. The main acupoints often used were Zanzhu(BL2), Jingming(BL1), Taiyang(Ex-HN5), Sanyinjiao(SP6) and Sibai(ST2). Treatment was often given once daily, 10 days as one course, for a total of one month. Acupuncture-moxibustion treatment can relieve the symptoms and increase tear secretion to a certain extent. It has a stable follow-up therapeutic effect and a certain long-term therapeutic effect with good safety.
