摘要
目的分析基于三级诊疗制度的新型心脑血管疾病诊疗服务装备构建方法及效果。方法由北京市上地医院、北京大学首钢医院与北京丰盈环蚀技术有限公司共同构建基于三级诊疗制度的新型心脑血管疾病诊疗服务装备,选择北京大学首钢医院及下属4个社区卫生服务中心进行三级诊疗平台的示范工作,评估新型诊疗服务装备的应用效果及推广价值。结果示范平台应用后,4个社区中心的医疗设备使用率为84.55%(5 591/6 613),数据资源使用率为90.29%(5 971/6 613),诊疗准确率为91.96%(6 081/6 613),均好于示范平台应用前,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=7.826、8.197、13.768,P <0.05)。同时,应用示范平台期间患者满意率为97.05%(6 418/6 613)。结论构建基于三级诊疗制度的新型心脑血管疾病诊疗服务装备可良好提高基层医院医疗设备与数据资源使用率,改善基层医院诊疗水平,从而为心脑血管疾病的诊治提供积极作用。
        Objective To discuss the methods and effects of diagnosis and treatment equipment based on the three levels diagnosis and treatment system in cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Methods The diagnosis and treatment equipment based on the three levels diagnosis and treatment system in cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases was constructed by Beijing Shangdi Hospital, Shougang Hospital, Peking University and Beijing Fengying Environmental Erosion Technology Co., Ltd. Shougang Hospital, Peking University and its 4 community health service centers were selected for demonstration work. The application effect and promotion value of new diagnostic and therapeutic equipment were evaluated. Results After the application of the demonstration platform, the utilization rate of medical equipment in the 4 community centers was 84.55%(5 591/6 613), the utilization rate of data resources was 90.29%(5 971/6 613), and the accuracy rate of diagnosis and treatment was 91.96%(6 081/6 613). There were significantly better than the demonstration platform before application, with statistical significance(χ2=7.826, 8.197, 13.768, P < 0.05). Meanwhile, the patient satisfaction rate was 97.05%(6 418/6 613) during the demonstration platform. Conclusion The construction of a new type of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease diagnosis and treatmentequipment based on the three level of diagnosis and treatment system can improve the utilization rate of medical equipment and data resources in grass-roots hospitals. Improve the level of diagnosis and treatment in primary hospitals, so as to provide positive effects for the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
