介绍了核级阀门生产企业建立质量保证体系及产品检查和试验控制程序,保证阀门产品质量的安全性和可靠性。分析了核级阀门的检验与试验、不符项以及纠正措施等质量控制体系,使项目管理及产品实现的全过程规范化、标准化和程序化,为提高阀门产品质量提供保证。
        This paper introduces the establishment of quality assurance system and product inspection and test control procedure in the production enterprise of nuclear grade valve to ensure the safety and reliability of valve product quality. analyzes the quality control system of nuclear grade valve for the inspection and test,discrepancies and corrective measures,and etc,make the whole process of project management and product realization into normalization,standardization,procedural,provide guarantee for improving the valve product quality.
