摘要
试验对拉丁乐、摇滚乐、非洲打击乐对奶牛产奶性能的影响进行研究。试验选取年龄、胎次、产奶量相近的荷斯坦泌乳牛72头,将其随机分成4组,即拉丁乐组、摇滚乐组、非洲打击乐组、对照组,每组18头。试验分预试期7 d,正式期60 d,预试期开始给试验组播放音乐,对照组常规饲喂。每隔20 d测定单产并采集奶样1次。结果表明,试验0~60 d,摇滚乐组奶产量较对照组低13.4%,差异极显著(P<0.01);非洲打击乐组奶产量较对照组低8.9%,差异显著(P<0.05)。试验0~60 d,拉丁乐组、摇滚乐组、非洲打击乐组中乳糖、乳蛋白、非脂固形物含量较对照组均无显著差异。摇滚乐和非洲打击乐会降低奶牛产奶量,对乳糖、乳蛋白、非脂固形物含量影响不大;拉丁乐对奶牛奶产量无显著影响,对乳糖、乳蛋白、非脂固形物含量影响不大。
        To investigate the effects of latin music, rocky and african percussion on milk performance of dairy cows. 72 Holstein cows with similar age, parity and milk yield were selected and randomly divided into four groups of 18 cows each.group of latin music, group of rocky, group of african percussion and control group. The test was divided into the pre-trial period of 7 days and the test period of 60 days. The test groups played music for dairy cows, and the control group were fed routinely. The milk yields and the milk samples in the four groups were determined and collected once every 20 days, respectively. From 0 to 60 days, the milk yield of the rocky group was decreased by 13.4% on average compared with the control group, the difference was extremely significant(P<0.01). the average milk yield of the african percussion group was decreased by 8.9% compared with the control group,and there was a significant difference(P<0.05). from 0 to 60 days, the lactose,lactoprotein and nonfatmilk solids in the latin music group, rocky group and african percussion group compared with the control group,respectively, the differences were not significant(P>0.05). The results indicate that rocky andafrican percussion can significantly reduce the milk yield in dairy cows, and it has little influence onthe contents of lactose, lactoprotein and nonfat milk solids; the latin music decreased milk yield, but the differences were not significant(P>0.05), the effect of latin music on the content of lactose, lactoprotein and nonfat milk solids is not obvious.
