木质家具饰面板及其性能分析

摘要
饰面板全称装饰单板贴面胶合板,是将天然木材或科技木刨切成一定厚度的薄片,黏附于胶合板表面后热压而成的一种用于室内装修或家具制造的表面材料。兔宝宝是国内首家以装饰贴面板上市的企业,木质饰面板是其起家产品。本研究主要阐明木质家具的发展历程以及兔宝宝家居木质家具饰面板的生产工艺、性能特点等,对木质家具饰面板的未来发展前景提出展望,以期为木质家具饰面板的发展提供参考意见。
The decorative veneered plywood is a surface material used for interior decoration or furniture manufacturing by cutting natural wood or technical wood into a certain thickness, adhering to the surface of the plywood and then through hot pressing. TUBO is the first company in China listed in the decorative veneer industry. The wooden veneer is the starting product of the enterprise. Through formulating the development process of wooden furniture, the production process and performance characteristics of TB's home wooden furniture veneer, the authors looked forward to providing reference for the future development of wooden furniture veneered plywood.
