定制家具企业生产的MES信息跟踪系统研究

摘要
在个性化的市场需求背景下,定制家具的兴起带来了信息化革新。针对家具定制企业在柔性生产过程中因生产信息分散、信息断层而出现的生产流程数据不透明、延迟提出应对决策等现象,对基于定制家具企业在制造执行系统(MES)中进行信息跟踪系统进行研究。结合业务流程进行跟踪流程设计,根据划分的跟踪阶段进行跟踪粒度划分,对跟踪管理进行功能划分。分析采集数据技术,进行数据采集过程设计。最后,实现定制家具企业在MES中的跟踪系统建设,以期为定制家具企业信息化建设提供数据基础,同时解决企业信息流通、数据可追踪性多方面问题。
In response to the personalized market demand,the rise of customized furniture has brought about the innovation of information technology. Aiming at the phenomena of the opacity of production process data and the latency of decision response caused by production information dispersion and information gap in flexible production process in customized furniture enterprises,an information tracking system based on manufacturing execution system(MES)in customized furniture enterprises was proposed. The tracking process was designed according to the business process,and the tracking granularity was divided according to the divided tracking stages,and the tracking management was divided into functions. The data acquisition process was designed by analyzing the data acquisition technology. The MES tracking system build for customized furniture enterprises can provide data basis for the information construction of customized furniture enterprises,and solve the problems of information circulation and data traceability of enterprises.
