成人语后聋人工耳蜗植入的现状及研究进展

摘要
目的总结人工耳蜗植入应用于成人语后聋的现状和研究进展,展望可能的研究方向。方法总结关于人工耳蜗植入应用于成人语后聋的中英文文献,从成人语后聋人工耳蜗植入患者入选标准、适应证、术后康复、术后康复评估及影响术后康复效果的因素等方面进行总结分析。结果人工耳蜗植入可以帮助成人语后聋患者重获听觉,是治疗成人语后聋患者的重要治疗方式之一。结论对于成人语后聋患者人工耳蜗植入手术方式、术后听觉言语康复效果的影响因素及术后康复效果的评估尚需进一步研究。
Objective To review the application status and prospect of cochlear implantation for the postlingually deaf adults,and to search for the possible research direction Methods recent Chinese and foreign literature on the cochlear implantation in postlingually deaf adults was reviewed.An analysis of the factors associated with cochlear implantation in postlingually deaf adults,ranging from patient selection,indications,postoperative rehabilitation,rehabilitation evaluation to those affecting the postoperative rehabilitation.Results cochlear implantation can help postlingually deaf adults regain hearing,and is one of the important ways of treating postlingually deaf adults.Conclusion There is a need for further study on the surgical protocols,habitation and assessment for those patients.
