老年语后聋患者人工耳蜗植入的现状及研究进展

摘要
近年来,我国老年语后聋患者数量逐渐增多,但其中接受人工耳蜗植入的患者相对较少。本文从老年语后聋患者人工耳蜗植入术的适应症、并发症、术后康复及评估以及影响术后康复效果的因素等方面进行阐述,旨在为更多老年患者提供参考,使其获得更及时、有效的治疗。
In recent years, the number of elderly patients with postlingual hearing loss in China has increased gradually, but few of them have received cochlear implantation relatively. This article discussed the indication, complication, postoperative rehabilitation, rehabilitation evaluation and the factors affecting postoperative rehabilitation of the elderly patients with postlingual hearing loss. The aim is to provide reference for more elderly patients to undergo surgery, so as to obtain more timely and effective treatment.
