推普脱贫中的语言交换行为分析——基于安徽省某贫困地区的语言调查

摘要
从社会学视角来看,推普脱贫具有社会交换的性质,包含了3种不同层次的语言交换形式:会话、语言习得和语言规划。通过对其中语言交换形式的分析以及安徽省某贫困地区的语言调查,文章建议推普脱贫工作要全面提升贫困人口对普通话的价值期望,结合学习者目标言语社区的语言实践制订学习目标和多样化的推普模式,从语言习得和言语社区设施建设两方面来共同促进社区成员的言语互动,从而最终建立起一个方言和普通话双语码认同的大言语社区。
From the perspective of sociology, "Putonghua promotion to alleviate poverty" has the nature of social exchange, which includes three forms of language exchange at different levels: conversation, language acquisition and language planning. This study conducted a language survey in a less developed area in Anhui Province. With an application of the theory of language exchange, this study suggests that the poverty population's expectation of Putonghua's value should be improved; the task of "Putonghua promotion to alleviate poverty" should be combined with the language practice of learners' target speech community, and the speech interaction of community members from the two aspects of language acquisition and the construction of speech community facilities should be promoted, so as to finally establish a large speech community with the dual identity of dialect and Putonghua.
