基于体对角线误差检测的数控机床几何误差辨识方法研究

摘要
研究数控机床的几何误差测量与辨识方法对于提高数控机床的加工精度水平具有重要的现实意义。在数控机床的几何误差辨识方法研究方面,提出了一种基于Laser TRACER体对角线误差测量信息的几何信息快速辨识方法,并引入一种两步解正则化方法,以修正映射矩阵的性态,可以较大程度上提高误差参数辨识的抗干扰性,计算机仿真和实验结果均表明,所提辨识方法的正确性和有效性。
        It is of great practical significance to study the geometric error measurement and identification of CNC machine tools to improve the machining accuracy of CNC machine tools.In the research of geometric error identification method of CNC machine tool,anew geometric error identification method based on Laser TRACER body diagonal error measurement information is proposed.A two-step solution regularization method is introduced to modify the behavior of the mapping matrix,which can improve the anti-jamming of error parameter identification to a great extent.Computer simulation and experimental results show that the proposed method iscorrect and effective.
