摘要
研究了植物免疫诱抗剂对番茄主要病害的防治效果,即苗期叶面喷施氨基寡糖链蛋白500倍液3次,每7 d喷1次;定植后用10亿CFU/g枯草芽孢杆菌30 kg/hm~2灌根2次,每30 d灌1次;结果期轮换使用10亿CFU/g枯草芽孢杆菌可湿性粉剂300倍液+15%黄腐酸水剂2 000倍液、2亿CFU/g木霉菌可湿性粉剂600倍液+6%甲壳素水剂800倍液,每7 d喷1次,交替用药。结果表明,免疫诱抗法对番茄主要病害总体防治效果显著,其防治效果明显优于化学防治法,生长前期对病毒病、枯萎病、茎基腐病、晚疫病、灰霉病防效分别达到90.56%、87.60%、83.38%、92.05%和86.42%,生长中后期对前述病害防效分别达到90.25%、78.41%、93.12%、73.11%和71.37%。
        The control effect of plant immune inducers on tomato main diseases was studied.The 500 times solution of amino oligosaccharide chain protein was sprayed for 3 times,once every 7 days.After planting,1 billion CFU/g bacillus subtilis 30 kg/hm2 was used to root irrigation for 2 times,once every 30 days.In the fruiting stage,the 300 times solution of 1 billion CFU/g bacillus subtilis +the 2 000 times solution of 15% fulvic acid,and the 600 times solution of 200 million CFU/g trichoderma +the 800 times solution of 6% chitin were sprayed,once every 7 days,spraying alternately.The results showed that,the immune control method was effective in controlling the major diseases of tomato.The control effect was better than that of chemical control.In the prophase of growth,the control effect of immune control method to virus disease,wilt disease,stem rot,late blight and gray mold was 90.56%,87.60%,83.38%,92.05% and 86.42%,respectively.In the late period,the control effect of immune control method was90.25%,78.41%,93.12%,73.11% and 71.37%,respectively.
