摘要
用ABAQUS分析了外弯矩作用下带有NiTi形状记忆合金垫片的不同规格法兰连接,并与同等加载条件下使用金属石墨缠绕垫片、纯铝平垫片进行了对比。结果表明,采用NiTi合金垫片不改变法兰和螺栓的应力分布,但应力水平会有所提高;法兰偏转角度要比采用纯铝平垫片或金属石墨缠绕垫片的略大一些,但远低于ASME规范中要求的0.3°;NiTi合金垫片密封面上的压紧力分布要比同密封宽度纯铝平垫片或金属石墨缠绕垫片均匀,在密封面宽度相同时,NiTi合金垫片最大密封压紧力要比纯铝平垫片的低,但比金属石墨缠绕垫片的要高。
        Flange joints with NiTi shape memory alloy gasket were studied using finite element analysis( ABAQUS),and the conclusions were compared with those flange joints with spiral-wound gasket or aluminum gasket.The results show that stresses distribution of flanges and bolts are affected little by NiTi gasket,while stress level is higher than those joints with other two kinds of gaskets.The angle of flange rotation with NiTi gasket is much lower than the requirement of 0.3° in ASME code and slightly larger than other two.Gasket contact stress uniformity of NiTi is better than other two.Maximum contact stress of NiTi gasket is smaller than aluminum gasket but larger than spiral-wound gasket.
