摘要
目的通过对不同产地的枳壳中活性成分柠檬苦素及诺米林进行含量比较,为不同产地枳壳药材品质评价提供依据。方法采用HPLC测定含量,色谱柱为C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水-四氢呋喃-冰醋酸(41∶59∶1∶0.2),流速1.0 m L·min-1,检测波长为225 nm。并以柠檬苦素、诺米林为指标进行聚类分析。结果不同产区的枳壳药材中类柠檬苦素类成分的含量差异较大,成分含量与产地呈相关性。结论湖南、江西的枳壳类柠檬苦素类含量较高。
Objective To determine the content of limonin and nomilin in Fructus Aurantii from different places, and to provide evidence for the quality control evaluation of Fructus Aurantii. Methods HPLC was adopted. Limonin and nomilin were separated on a C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-water-tetrahydrofuran-glacial acetic acid(41∶59∶1∶0.2) at 1.0 m L·min-1, and the detection wavelength was 225 nm. Limomin and nomilin were taken as indexes for the cluster analysis. Results Contents of medicinal components in Fructus Aurantii from different localities were significantly different. Correlation between content of each component and locality was found. Conclusion Qualities and contents of Fructus Aurantii from Jiangxi and Hunan are higher than those from other places.
