摘要
目的:分析1999-2018年国防生物安全领域科技论文的产出情况,揭示该领域的发展特点及研究热点。方法:借助Web of Science检索平台、DDA分析工具以及SPSS 19.0统计分析工具,研究国防生物安全领域科技论文产出数量及增长趋势、学科主题、核心关键词、研究方向的战略坐标图及国内外军事科研单位的研究重点和热点。结果:近20年国防生物安全领域的科技论文呈现比较平稳的发展态势,其中美国在科技论文的数量和质量上遥遥领先,美国CDC、美国国防部、美国陆军以及美国高校是发文的主力,生物恐怖相关传染病、生物恐怖的预防与监测是研究难点和热点,对于疫病的治疗、疫情的控制和消除的相关研究相对较少。结论:对新发传染病预防、监测的研究是国防生物安全领域的重点,但随着合成生物学及生物交叉技术的迅速发展,国防生物安全受到了巨大的挑战。如何快速控制、消除疫病,防止生物安全事件的扩大,是该领域的研究难点和重点。
        To reveal the development characteristics of biological security of national defense and the hotspots in studies on biological security of national defense by analyzing the papers on biological security of national defense published in 1999-2018. Methods The number of published papers and its increasing trend,subject topics,core key words,strategic coordinate of study interest,hotspots in domestic and foreign studies on biological security of national defense were analyzed by making use of the retrieval platform for Web of Science,DDA analysis tool and SPSS 19.0 statistical analysis tool respectively. Results The number of papers on biological security of national defense showed a stable growth in the past 20 years. The USA was far ahead both in the number and in the academic level of papers on biological security of national defense. The American CDC,Department of National Defense,army,colleges and universities took a lead in the publication of papers on biological security of national defense. Bioterrorism-related infectious diseases,prevention and monitoring of bioterrorism were the difficulties and hotspots in studies on biological security of national defense. The number of studies on treatment,control and elimination of infectious diseases was relatively few. Conclusion Prevention and monitoring of emerging infectious diseases are the key task of studies on biological security of national defense. The biological security of national defense is greatly challenged by the rapid development of synthetic biology and biological cross technologies. How to effectively control and rapidly eliminate infectious diseases and prevent the occurrence of biological security events is the difficulty andkey point in studies on biological security of national defense.
