摘要
口蹄疫表位疫苗既不存在病毒复制风险,又能同时展示多个变异株的优势表位,是具有巨大发展潜力的新型疫苗。本文将从口蹄疫病毒的抗原表位,表位疫苗的设计和优化以及表位疫苗的应用等方面进行综述,为合理设计和研发有效的口蹄疫表位疫苗提供参考。
        The epitope-based vaccines against foot-and-mouth disease(FMD) containing multiple topological dominant epitopes at the same time are novel vaccine with great development potential,because it does not have risk of virus replication.Here,we review the research progress of epitope-based vaccines against FMD,including the current knowledge of design and optimization of epitope-based vaccines,and their application in the control and prevent for FMD,and also raise some suggestions that would provide reference for studying more effective FMD epitope vaccines.
