法学专业教育与创新创业教育融合初探

摘要
加强创新创业教育,是近年来国家教育改革的重心所在,是落实国家创新驱动发展战略,建设创新型国家的必然要求。提高高校创新创业教育实效的关键是要做到创新创业教育与专业教育的有机结合。法学专业兼具理论性和实践性,法学专业学生创新创业能力的提高需要结合法学教育自身的学科特点,突出特色课程教学,善于利用案例分析法启发学生进行创新性研究,加强实践教学。同时,法律作为一种工具,对高校各专业学生创新创业能力提高具有重要指导价值。所以,法学专业教育可以通过外部融合的方式来提高高校创新创业教育的实效。
Strengthening innovation and entrepreneurship education is the focus of national education reform in recent years,and is the inevitable requirement of implementing the national innovation-driven development strategy and building an innovationoriented country. The key to improve the effectiveness of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities is to combine innovation and entrepreneurship education with professional education. The law major is both theoretical and practical. The improvement of the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of law major students needs to highlight the teaching of characteristic courses, be good at using case analysis to inspire students to carry out innovative research, and strengthen practical teaching. At the same time, law, as a tool, has important guiding value for the improvement of innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college students. Therefore, law education can improve the actual effect of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities through external integration.
