“一带一路”战略对应用型高校发展的影响

摘要
"一带一路"战略推动了我国经济、社会、文化的发展,伴随发展需求,劳动力市场结构也发生了改变。人才市场需求的变化直接影响到我国高校的人才培养目标。应用型高校作为地方经济、社会急需人才的输出载体,应及时根据"一带一路"战略需求改变自己的发展定位,为地方经济发展提供所需人才。
The Belt and Road strategy has promoted China's economic, social and cultural development, and the labor market structure has also changed with the development needs. The changes in the talent market demand directly affect the goal of talent training in China's universities. As an output carrier of local economic and most needed talents, applied universities should promptly change their development orientation according to the strategic needs of the Belt and Road, so as to provide talents for the local economic development.
