摘要
新工科人才培养必须依托课程体系整合及教学内容、模式的改革来进行。通过分析新工科背景下食品工艺课程群建设的必要性,介绍了食品工艺课程群结构构建及教学内容整合优化的实施情况,总结了基于"OBE"理念实施混合式学习模式和形成性考核方式的改革成果,为"新工科"人才培养过程中的课程群建设提供一定的借鉴。
The training of new engineering talents must depend on the integration of curriculum system and the reform of teaching content and mode. This paper analyzed the necessity of developing the food technology course group under the background of new engineering,introduced the construction of the curriculum system structure on the food technology course group and the integration and optimization on teaching content,and summarized the performances of the blended-learning mode and the formative assessment method based on the"OBE"concept. The results provided a reference for the construction of curriculum group in the process of new engineering talent training.
