“双创”背景下工科类学生创业机制与优化对策研究

摘要
在"大众创业,万众创新"的"双创"背景下,工科类学生的创业发展日益受到关注。随着工程技术和现代商业的日益结合,为了使新技术在商业市场得以应用,培养更多的具有创新创业能力的工科类人才显得十分迫切。本文以工科类学生的创业机制为研究对象,首先分析了工科类学生创业教育的特点以及创业的必备素质,在此基础上,详细分析了工科类学生创业机制的现状,主要表现在工科学生创新能力不足,创业意识淡薄,政府的关注和扶持力度不足,大学生创业体制不健全。面对上述问题,文章从个人层面、学校层面、国家层面三个方面提出了优化对策。
Under the background of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation",the entrepreneurial development of engineering students is attracting increasing attention.With the increasing combination of engineering technology and modern business,it is urgent to cultivate more engineering talents with innovation and entrepreneurship ability in order to realize new technology in the commercial market.Based on the engineering students' entrepreneurial mechanism as the research object,firstly analyzes the characteristics of engineering students' entrepreneurship education engineering students' entrepreneurial qualities required,and then based on the current situation of the engineering students' entrepreneurial mechanism are analyzed in detail,mainly displays in the engineering students' innovative ability is insufficient,venture consciousness;Insufficient attention and support from the government;The college students' entrepreneurial system is not sound.In the face of the above problems,the paper puts forward the optimized countermeasures from three aspects:personal level,school level and national level.
