MTBE产品纯度优化研究

摘要
对国内某石化公司MTBE装置的实际生产运行状况进行剖析,通过比较生产现状中MTBE产品的组成与原设计的差别,对MTBE产品纯度波动进行了分析,根据分析的结果对MTBE产品纯度进行优化研究,发现MTBE产品的纯度与原料碳四中戊烷含量成反比,通过增设脱戊烷塔幵优化塔的设计可实现提高MTBE产品纯度的目的。
The actual operation condition of MTBE unit in a domestic petrochemical company was analyzed,the actual composition of MTBE product was compared with original design,and the fluctuation reason of MTBE product purity was analyzed.Based on the analysis results,optimization of MTBE product purity was studied.It's found out that the MTBE production purity was in inversely proportional relationship with the pentane content in raw materials,it's pointed out that adding depentane column and improving the column design can achieve the goal of increasing MTBE production purity.
