摘要
介绍某石化企业轻汽油醚化装置催化精馏塔更换为CDM-系列开窗导流式国产催化精馏模块的工业应用情况。结果表明:国产催化精馏模块具有优异的"催化反应"和"组份分离"双重功能,模块催化剂活性高、催化性能稳定,能有效地降低汽油的烯烃含量和蒸汽压,提高汽油的辛烷值和氧含量。通过运行数据分析:催化精馏塔活性异戊烯转化率达86.45%,总转化率达97.54%;调和汽油产品辛烷值平均为92.1,较轻汽油进料提高了0.5~1个单位。
        Industrial application of domestic CDM-series open-window and guide-flow catalytic distillation module in a light gasoline etherification unit in a petrochemical refinery was discussed. The results showed that the domestic catalytic distillation module had the dual functions of "catalytic reaction" and "component separation". The catalyst of the module had high activity and stable catalysis performance, which can effectively reduce the olefin content and vapor pressure of gasoline and improve the octane value and oxygen content of gasoline. The operational data analysis showed that the conversion rate of active isoprene in the catalytic distillation column was 86.45%, and the total conversion rate was 97.54%; the average octane number of the blended gasoline product was 92.1, which was 0.5~1 units higher than that of the light gasoline feed.
