摘要
目的调查分析"三导向"人才培养模式下口腔医学生的职业认同感。方法调查对象选取齐齐哈尔医学院口腔医学专业本科各个年级学生150例作为调查对象,自行设计调查问卷,运用李克特5点量表,统计分析150例学生的职业认同感调查分析结果。结果男性和女性学生的职业认同感评分之间的差异不显著(P>0.05);一、四、五年级学生的职业认同感评分显著高于二年级、三年级(P<0.05);第一志愿学生的职业认同感评分均显著高于调剂学生(P<0.05)。结论口腔医学专业学生职业认同感受到年级、志愿、培养方式等方面的影响,对课程设置进行优化、将志愿录取生比例上调能够将学生的职业认同感提升。
        Objective To investigate and analyze the professional identity of dental students under the "three-oriented" training model. Methods A total of 150 undergraduates of stomatology major in Qiqihar Medical College were enrolled in the study. A self-made questionnaire which based on Likert scale method was used to analyze the results of 150 students' occupational identity. Results There was no significant difference between male and female students in the scores of professional identity(P>0.05); the scores of the first, the fourth and fifth grade students were significantly higher than those of the second and third grade students(P<0.05). The scores of the students which the first choice of stomatology were significantly higher than the students who were dispensed(P<0.05). Conclusion The professional identity of stomatology majors is influenced by grade, volunteer and cultivation methods. Optimizing the curriculum and increasing the proportion of the voluntary enrolment student can improve the professional identity of the students.
