摘要
领导力是企业发展最重要的软实力,培养领导力重要而紧迫。本文的研究目的是希望为国有企业培养领导力找到一些行之有效的方法,促进企业健康稳定发展。通过文献综述和案例分析,对领导力培养理论进行了梳理,对中国宝钢集团领导力核心素质模型和中国石化集团领导者核心能力理论进行了分析,并为国有企业领导力培养提出建议。
Leadership is the most important soft power of enterprises,it is vital and urgent to develop leadership.With the intention of finding some effective ways of training leadership to ensure the stable development of state-owned enterprises,using the literature research and case study method,the paper makes review of leadership training theories,analyzes the core competency model of leadership from China Bao Steel Enterprise and the core competency theory of leaders from Sinopec Enterprise,provides suggestions of leadership training in state-owned enterprises.
