摘要
介绍了一种用于提高连续退火炉辐射高温计测温准确度的自动调校方法。该方法根据不同的工况环境,执行规定的判断和处理流程,并结合最小二乘法对捕获的数据进行拟合计算,进而得到准确且与工况匹配的光谱发射率。实践表明,该方法能够在不损害板带表面质量的前提上,获取不同工况下更加准确的光谱发射率,进而提高辐射高温计测温的准确性,促进了板温测量及控制在连续退火炉的推广应用。
This paper introduces a kind of automatic calibration method to improve the accuracy of the temperature pyrometer used in continuous annealing furnace. According to different working conditions,the method judges and treats the process,and calculates the captured data using the least square method,and then obtains the accurate spectral emissivity matching of the working condition.Practice shows that the method can obtain more accurate spectral emissivity of different conditions without prejudice to the strip surface quality,and thereby greatly improve accuracy of the radiation pyrometer and promote popularization and application of the plate temperature measurement and control in continuous annealing furnace.
