摘要
为探究咖啡炭纤维对无缝针织物性能的影响,选用咖啡炭纤维纱线、普通锦纶纱线为原材料,设计并试制了6种无缝针织试样,对试样的抗菌、释放负离子、导湿和保暖性能指标进行测试分析,研究不同咖啡炭纤维含量、不同组织结构对其性能的影响。结果表明:咖啡炭纤维表面的多孔结构使织物具有较好的抗菌、释放负离子和保温性能,且随着咖啡炭纤维含量的增加,其织物的抗菌、释放负离子和保温性能越好;当面纱为100%咖啡炭纱线,组织结构为平针添纱组织,织物抗菌性较优,组织结构为1+2假罗纹,织物释放负离子和保温性较好;随着咖啡炭纤维含量的增加,织物芯吸高度先增大后减小,面纱选用75%咖啡炭纱线+25%普通锦纶纱线,组织结构为1+2假罗纹,其织物的导湿性更优。最后运用灰色近优模型对织物进行综合性能评价,结果显示织物面纱采用100%咖啡炭纱线,组织结构为1+2假罗纹时综合性能最优。
        To explore the effect of coffee carbon fiber on the performance of seamless knitted fabrics, the coffee carbon yarn and ordinary nylon yarn were selected as raw materials to prepare 6 kinds of seamless knitted fabrics by multi-factor design method. The fabrics were tested and analyzed for their antibacterial property, negative-ion release property, wet permeability and thermal insulation property. The effects of different content of coffee carbon fiber and different weave structures of fabrics on their properties were studied. The results showed that the porous structure of the surface of coffee carbon fiber made the fabric own good antibacterial property, negative-ion release and thermal insulation properties. With the increase in the content of coffee carbon fiber, the antibacterial property, negative-ion release and thermal insulation properties of fabrics were better. When the veil was made of 100% coffee carbon fiber content, the weave structure was weft plain plating weave; the fabric had good antibacterial property; the weave structure was 1+2 mockrib; the fabric had good negative-ion release and thermal insulation properties. For the wet permeability of the fabric, the wicking height of the fabric first increased and then decreased with the increase in the content of coffee carbon fiber. When the veil was made of 75% coffee carbon yarn +25% ordinary nylon yarn, the weave structure was 1+2 mockrib, and the fabric had better wet permeability. Finally, the gray near-optimal model was used for comprehensive evaluation of the fabric. The results showed that the overall performance was optimal when the fabric veil was made of 100% coffee charcoal yarn and the weave structure was 1+2 mockrib.
