多功能艾灸仪隔药灸治疗原发性痛经疗效评价

摘要
目的:分析多功能艾灸仪隔药灸治疗原发性痛经的疗效。方法:选定原发性痛经患者275例,研究时段从2016年4月-2018年7月,在随机数字表法8分组原则下,分试验组(137例,实施多功能艾灸仪隔药灸治疗)、对照组(138例,实施常规消炎痛联合谷维素治疗),比较临床疗效。结果:试验组临床总有效率(97.81%)显著较对照组(86.23%)高,P <0.05(差异具统计学意义)。结论:多功能艾灸仪隔药灸可有效减轻原发性痛经患者疼痛症状,操作方便,安全可行,临床价值较高,值得借鉴。
Objective: to analyze the efficacy of multi-functional moxibustion device in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea. Methods: A total of 275 patients with primary dysmenorrhea were selected. The study period was from April 2016 to July 2018. Under the principle of random number table 8 grouping, the test group(137 cases) received moxibustion treatment with multi-functional moxibustion device to separate drugs, and the control group(138 cases) received implementation of conventional indomethacin combined with oryzanol, the clinical efficacy was compared. Results: the total clinical effective rate in the experimental group(97.81%) was significantly higher than that in the control group(86.23%), P < 0.05(statistical difference). Conclusion: Multi-functional moxibustion moxibustion could effectively alleviate the pain symptoms of patients with primary dysmenorrhea. It was easy to operate, safe and feasible, and had high clinical value, which was worth reference.
