摘要
通过量化数据和分析干预前后的团体沙盘特点,考察沙盘游戏对大学生心理压力的干预效果.招募某大学的14名大学生为研究对象,接受8次的团体沙盘活动,以其中参加6次及以上活动的12名成员作为真实被试入组.采用大学生心理压力源问卷前后施测,并对团体初始沙盘和结束沙盘进行分析.团体沙盘干预前后,大学生婚恋爱情压力因子(t=4.535,P <0.05)、人际关系压力因子(t=3.680,P <0.05)、其他压力因子(t=4.476,P <0.05)以及压力总分(t=3.568,P <0.05)均显著降低,其他因子未有显著差异;初始沙盘和结束沙盘的沙具数量、自我像、动沙情况未有显著差异,但沙具种类数(t=-3.767,P <0.05)和治愈主题显著增加(t=-3.540,P <0.05),创伤主题(t=8.983,P <0.05)显著减少.前后测数据结果、初始沙盘与结束沙盘作品比较表明团体沙盘游戏能有效改善大学生心理压力状态.
Based on the quantized data and analyzing the characteristics of Group Sandtray before and after intervention,this thesis means to elaborate on the intervening effect of Sandtray Therapy on college students' psychological pressure.Choosing 28 college students from a comprehensive university as the research object,who should take part in group sand activities 8 times.Then,we select 12 individuals as the testing group,who should attend this activities more than 6 times.While,we will analyze these two Group Sand,adopting questionnaire method to study the cause of college students' pressure.Back and forth the Group Sand,many factors decreased remarkably,including the factor of romantic love(t=4.535,P <0.05)personal relationship factor(t=3.680,P <0.05)、other stress factor(t=4.476,P <0.05),total point(t=3.568,P <0.05),and others changed slightly.In the initial sandtray and the finishing sand the difference of the number of sand bodies,dynamics of sand is not distinct.However,the species of the sand bodies(t=-3.767,P <0.05)and the healing theme(t=-3.540,P <0.05)increased significantly,and while the trauma subject reduced significantly.The dataand the two sandtray suggested,that the group sandtray can improve the college students' psychological pressure effectively.
