摘要
为了确保矿井提升机的运行正常及故障诊断的可靠、准确、及时,设计研究了煤矿提升机监测和故障诊断硬件系统,该硬件系统主要由计算机、信号调理电路、采集卡和传感器等设备组成;完成了信号调理电路设计和工控机的选择,构建硬件系统时,采用电场屏蔽和信号接地的抗干扰措施;对煤矿提升机故障诊断和监测系统进行了性能分析,研究得出,硬件系统的精确度小于2.06%,回程误差小于2.60%,非线性度小于2.99%,系统灵敏度为1.00。研究提高了煤矿提升机运行时的可靠安全性,促进了煤矿维修制度的完善。
        In order to ensure the normal operation of the mine hoist and the reliability,accuracy and timeliness of fault diagnosis,the hardware system for monitoring and fault diagnosis of coal mine hoist is designed and studied,the hardware system mainly consists of computer,signal conditioning circuit,acquisition card,sensor and other equipment,the signal conditioning circuit design and the selection of industrial computer are completed,and the electric field shield and anti-interference measures for signal grounding are used in the construction of hardware system,the performance analysis of fault diagnosis and monitoring system of coal mine hoist shows that the accuracy of hardware system is less than 2.06%,return error is less than 2.60%,non-linearity is less than 2.99%,and system sensitivity is 1.00.The research has improved the reliability and safety of coal mine hoisting machines and promoted the improvement of coal mine maintenance system.
