静脉用药调配中心儿科药品调配的细节改进

摘要
目的:探讨儿科药品调配细节改进的方法。方法:分析儿科药品调配中常见的错误类型和原因,针对错误原因进行改进,并对改进前后的错误次数进行分析统计。结果:实施多项细节改进后,能有效降低儿科药品调配的内部差错率。结论:儿科药品调配的改进方法有效,能够有效控制儿科药品的调配质量,提高用药安全性。
Objective: To explore the methods of improving the details of pediatric drug deployment. Methods:To analyze the types and causes of errors in paediatric drug distribution and to make corresponding improvements for the wrong reasons, and to analyze the number of errors before and after the improvement. Results: The internal error rate of paediatric drug distribution can be effectively reduced after the implementation of many details. Conclusion: The improved method of paediatric medicine is effective and can effectively control the quality of paediatric drugs and improve the safety of medicine.
