摘要

建筑工程的施工阶段是工程建设最终的实施阶段,是进行工程造价控制的最重要环节。通过分析施工阶段影响工程造价的主要因素,结合实际工程,探讨施工阶段工程造价控制的措施。
        The construction stage of the construction project is the final stage of the project construction and the most important link of the project cost control. Based on the analysis of the main factors affecting the project cost in the construction stage and the actual project,this paper discusses the measures to control the project cost in the construction stage.
